The Caribbean Regional Fisheries Mechanism is inviting suitably qualified persons to apply for the post of Marine Spatial Planning Specialist, to support the implementation of the BE CLME+ Project, at their headquarters in Belize City, Belize.
The successful candidate will have direct responsibility for the planning, execution, coordination, and oversight of all activities necessary for the delivery of the project outcomes. They will be required to coordinate and oversee the successful implementation of all marine spatial planning (MSP) related workshops, oversee the development of decision-support systems in support of MSP and the Blue Economy and lead all processes and training in support of potential areas for new MPAs or OECMs.
